Transfer Articulation Agreement between LPS and Durham Technical Community College
Submitted by Ali Ozturk, LPS Program Director on 2009-09-29 11:08:26
B.A. in Leadership in the Public Sector Program, North Carolina State University's only online degree completion program, has continued to work closely with community colleges across North Carolina to develop 2+2 articulation agreements. Recently, the LPS program and Durham Technical Community College signed an agreement to prepare junior college graduates with associate of arts degree for entry into the LPS major at NC State University. The primary goal of the agreement is that the articulation agreement will greatly improve the transfer process between Durham Tech Associate of Arts graduates and the LPS program. Although the articulation agreement does not guarantee admission into LPS major at NC State, it will provide a study track for junior college graduates who are willing to advance their educational career without taking a leave of absence or adhering to a rigid class schedule via LPS program's entirely online curriculum.
