Sapna began the program in Fall of 2015 and is currently a second year student. Her broad research interests include inter-organizational networks, health policy, and nonprofit service delivery and sustainability. Her current research focuses on public-nonprofit partnerships in mental health service delivery, the effects of retirement on mental health, millennial perceptions of nonprofit organizations, and local government public service delivery. Sapna was selected to participate in the American Society for Public Administration’s (ASPA) 5th Annual International Young Scholars Workshop in Cape Town, South Africa. The workshop focused on research that advances the understanding of global disparities in public policy, public administration, nongovernmental organizations, and the communities they serve. She is currently Assistant Editor for the International Journal of eGovernance and Networks (IJeN). Sapna completed her Bachelor of Arts at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and double majored in political science and public policy with a concentration in social justice. She completed her Master of Public Administration at East Carolina University
